Partial Payments on MIOakGov
Oakland County property tax bills can be paid in full on MIOakGov. If your municipality offers partial payments, select the bill you wish to pay (see Pay a Property Tax Bill on MIOakGov), then follow the steps below to complete your partial payment.
1. Select Custom Amount
Don’t see the Custom Amount field? Partial payment availability is determined by you municipality, but you can still pay your full bill in a few easy steps.
2. Enter your partial payment amount in the “Custom Amount” field and click Pay Bill
3. On the cart notification, click Checkout
4. Select a payment method, choose a “Payment Date,” then click the blue Pay $--.-- button to complete your payment
Don’t see the “Link Bank Account” button? No worries—you can easily complete your payment using the "Payment Card" option. ACH (bank account) payment availability is determined by your municipality.
After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are signed into your MIOakGov profile, a receipt will also be stored in the “Payment History” section (see Find a Receipt on MIOakGov).
